Globus Elite 150 | Four-Channel Electrotherapy System

Elite 150 is a rechargeable four-channel electrostimulation device. Its programme range focuses on sport, fitness and beauty, with TENS/pain and limited rehabilitation menus. Programme, placement and intensity must follow the manual and, where relevant, professional advice.

The programme list totals 150: 31 Sport, 32 Fitness, 36 Beauty, 12 TENS and Pain, 3 Rehabilitation and 36 serial sequential stimulation programmes. Some menu entries also include body-area sub-selections.

Elite 150 has four independent channels and the technical sheet states capacity for up to eight electrodes. Connect the leads before the electrodes, place electrodes on the skin, then start the selected programme.

The documents list a 2.6-inch visible display area, four independent channels, 0.3–150 Hz, 40–450 µs pulse width, 0–120 mA per channel, rechargeable battery, 100 × 160 × 35 mm dimensions and approximately 454 g. Values depend on the selected current or programme.

The Sport menu covers options such as warm-up, active recovery, strength, reactivity, post-event recovery and hypertrophy. Fitness includes toning, shaping and jogging options. The 12 entries include conventional, modulated and endorphinic TENS plus labels for menstrual, knee, chronic, muscle, cervical, shoulder and lower-back pain. Do not use the device for pain of unknown origin without professional advice.

The manual lists three rehabilitation programmes: lower-limb atrophy, upper-limb atrophy and recovery after ACL/LCA surgery. The manual calls for physician or physiotherapist supervision for these indications; menu names are not personal treatment advice.

In 3S programmes, channels 3 and 4 activate after channels 1 and 2, creating sequential activation. The list has 36 combinations across body areas, frequencies and delays. The manual specifies that 3S programmes are not medical programmes.

Follow the placement illustrations in the manual, especially for programmes that create a notable muscle contraction. Start intensity gradually and stay below the pain threshold. Do not remove electrodes during operation, and replace worn electrodes or leads.

If the circuit is open while intensity is above 10 mA, for example because a lead is disconnected or an electrode is not on the skin, Elite 150 reduces intensity to 0 mA. Check leads and electrode condition before beginning.

The manual lists pacemaker users, pregnancy, front-neck/carotid, brain and eye stimulation, unexplained pain, ulcers or dermatological disorders, severe trauma and recent scars among contraindications or prohibited applications. Consult a healthcare professional for any health condition.

The standard list includes a carrying bag, Elite 150 unit, four electrode leads, square and rectangular electrodes, charger and manual. Do not use damaged charging equipment, leads or connectors. Do not open the device; repair should be handled by an authorised service centre.
